What We Do
As a part of ETM, there is always the possiblity we will be called to help a church anywhere. When we are not travelling to work with a church that has requested our help, we serve out of our home in Robbinsville in a variety of ways.
Ordination Training
One of our main purposes is to train and equip leaders within the church. To that end, we meet with men aspiring to full time ministry to train them for ordination through material ETM provides.
Discipleship Coaching
In all that we do, we are committed to obeying the Great Commission - to make disicples. ETM has a specific tool to aid in coaching others in discipleship - The Models for Discipleship. We invest in those who are seeking to learn to love and live like Jesus more, meeting weekly with each group.
Youth Pastor
Ethan serves as youth pastor at Robbinsville First Baptist Church, where we are committed to making disciples of teenagers.
Teacher
Ethan is able to serve in our home church through teaching Sunday School classes as well as facillitating a life group that meets weekly.
Preacher
Ethan is in the sermon rotation at RFBC and also preaches at other churches upon request.
Elder
Ethan has served on the elder board at RFBC since January of 2024.
